We recommend pressure treated posts with cedar panels for the most long lasting type of wood fence.

It really depends on the size of the job, the terrain of the property and the type of fence material. We are happy to schedule a complimentary appointment with our project manager who will meet with you at your property, measure the area and chat about the different fence options available. To maintain a vinyl fence, simply rinse the fence with a regular garden hose every 3 – 5 years to prevent mold from growing.

To maintain a wood fence, you can stain or paint it every 3 – 5 years. If you choose to not stain or paint it, simply let it naturally gray out. This requires no maintenance at all and provides a more natural look.

We recommend installing at least a 6’ fence although some deer have been known to jump a 6’ fence. We prefer to install 7’ – 7 ½ ‘ tall fence to insure your yard is safe from deer and their voracious appetites.

We are well versed in the pool codes for all the towns we service. We have relationships with many of the building inspectors and will do the research based on your town to ensure that the code is met prior to installing a pool fence.
